Geosoft Technical Support
Founded in Singapore in 1999, Geosoft Technical Support develops geotechnical software and provides specialist consulting. Its established GeoSmart products cover ground investigation, field logging, and desktop monitoring analysis; GeoSIMS is a separate web-based system under user testing.
Digitise geotechnical workflows
We build software and services that let engineers focus on decisions, not formatting spreadsheets.
GeoSmart began as an Excel-based toolkit for borehole logging. GeoSmart III now supports ground investigation and reporting, GeoSmart Mobile supports field logging, and GeoSmart Monitoring supports desktop instrumentation analysis. GeoSIMS extends this work into a web-based monitoring workspace that is currently under user testing.
Our team combines software developers and practising geotechnical engineers. This ensures every feature lines up with site realities, authority submissions, and tight project deadlines.
GeoSIMS brings together the Dashboard, Alert Summary, Map View, Data Insights, and Reporting for monitoring review. Selected views pass investigation context to the Beta Trend Advisor and Risk Advisor; report requests can be linked to Beta Project Discussions. For an advisor request, GeoSIMS prepares selected evidence from stored project data, avoiding manual copying and pasting of monitoring records. Users can review that evidence before AI generation. Alert Summary itself is a monitoring review view, not an AI conclusion; advisor outputs require engineering review and are not verified engineering decisions.
GeoSIMS AI: AI-assisted monitoring intelligence is in Beta testing in an existing VM-based local AI test environment. A proposed EDGE project would focus on a more capable dedicated local AI server to support further testing and validation, not the initial development of the existing advisors. When the local AI provider is configured, selected advisor evidence can be processed within that private environment rather than sent to an external AI provider.
- Accuracy first: Reports that withstand technical audits and authority reviews.
- Speed to delivery: Templates and automations that cut review cycles.
- Collaboration: Seamless data exchange between contractors, consultants, and owners.
- Longevity: Tools that evolve with projects spanning months or years.
