These Terms of Use outline the conditions under which you may access and use the Geosoft Technical Support website (the "Site"), its downloadable resources, and associated online services. By continuing to browse or use the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

The Site is primarily intended for business and professional users who are evaluating or engaging GeoSmart software and related services. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will comply with all applicable laws when using the Site.
